About me
My name is Abdellatif Bakrim, but most people call me Abdel. I'm the son and grandson of traditional Berber cooks. My restaurant is Chez Sabir in Tafraout, in the Anti-Atlas Mountains of Morocco. Tahir Shah in the Guardian newspaper called me 'a culinary genius'. My wife is writer and publisher Jane Johnson.
